Make oat milk yourself: You only need 2 ingredients for the plant drink

  • 100 g oat flakes (preferably tender)

How to make oat milk yourself

  • Boil the

    in a saucepan.

  • Add the

    oat flakes

  • Let the whole simmer for about 2 minutes.

  • Now fill the oat mixture into a nut milk bag and squeeze it out until no more liquid comes out.
