There are six defendants in the case for the usurpation of a house in Cariló that began in January.

When its owner arrived, after the quarantine, he found it painted a different color, with a waterfall, a bar with drinks, and they even changed the sign with the name.

There were cars at the door — one of them a “twin” - and about 15 people in the pool.

Prosecutor Eduardo Elizarraga, in charge of the Decentralized Prosecutor's Office No. 5 of Pinamar, confirmed to

Clarín

that he appointed hearings for next Wednesday and Friday to receive statements from

six defendants

, among whom is Mauricio Ríos.

In order to the crime of usurpation of property.

Mauricio Ríos is from Mar del Plata and has a particular sign that Cariló's neighbors and merchants describe, who got used to seeing him arrive almost every weekend:

the gold chains

that hang around his neck.

The usurpers painted the house, changed its name, and built a waterfall.

De Ríos is suspected of being a front man for Rudy Ulloa, Nestor Kirchner's former driver, who has become a millionaire.

In 2014, Ulloa spun off a company.

As stated in the notice Law 11,867, it yielded and transferred the goodwill of the “Super Comunitario” to Ríos.

The then head of the CC-ARI of Santa Cruz, Mariana Zuvic, denounced that the new owner was a “figurehead for Rudy”.

In 2016, the municipality of Mar del Plata

closed the restaurant "Lo de Mauri"

on the corner of Alberti and Córdoba.

According to local media, the business belonged to Ríos.

It was without authorization, with lack of hygiene, in precarious building conditions and there was merchandise in poor condition.

In 2018, the grill caught fire.

In the usurped house they hung a painting by Néstor Kirchner and Cristina Fernández.

Ríos

operates the Abracadabra spa in Mar del Plata

, together with the company Playas de Faro SA, as published in August 2019 by the Union of Union Lifeguards (UGA).

"Two years ago we denounced the irregularities in the hiring and late payments of the lifeguards who work at the Abracadabra spa," they had pointed out then on Facebook.

Currently, Ríos

is being investigated in two prosecutors in Pinamar

.

In No. 5 for usurpation of property and in No. 4 for the cause of the "twins" cars (which were at the door of the usurped property) and for adulteration of public documentation (which they presented to verify an alleged rent ).

In the usurped house they set up bars with alcoholic beverages.

“We act ex officio, as municipality and police, when we see the twin cars and we notice that the patents and the glass are etched.

There we hijack the vehicles immediately, ”says Pinamar Security Secretary Lucas Ventoso.

The owner of the property, Viviana Villena, regained possession of the house.

But he should have been kept in

"judicial guard" of all the belongings

that the usurpers left there.

This includes a wine cellar worth about 200 thousand pesos with bottles of Escorihuela and Pommery champagne, a

painting by Néstor Kirchner and Cristina Fernández

that the usurpers hung on a wall, and boxes of bell peppers and tomatoes that are rotting at the bottom of the property.

The house with the original color, in January.

On the day of the raid, the usurpers had planned to make a big barbecue, hence the amount of drinks and food that the police later found.

They used the house for social gatherings: "it

was a VIP barbecue

", say sources of the investigation.

The history of the usurpation began in January.

Upon arriving at the house, the owner found a car at the door and people inside.

Then he made the complaint to the Decentralized Prosecutor's Office No. 5, in charge of Eduardo Elizarraga.

But nothing happened.

The prosecutor dismissed it because the occupants presented a contract that would be false.

The owner of the property said she does not want to take charge of the drink left by the usurpers.

For ten months, the usurpers settled in the house, painted it a different color, built a waterfall, installed air conditioning equipment, maintained it with the help of gardeners, and changed the name sign.

The house

was renamed "Live again".

In September, the mayor of Pinamar, Martín Yeza, had asked that the prosecutor in charge of the usurpations be dismissed, due to his passivity.

Last Thursday, Yeza ratified in the La Plata Judge Prosecution Secretariat the request for dismissal and immediate suspension.
