(ANSA) - ROME, NOVEMBER 20 - The 5-star Movement has presented an amendment to the Ristori Decree to regulate the entire hemp supply chain, with also the liberalization of cannabislight, which has an active ingredient content (Thc) below 0.5 %. Hemp, the report states, is a phenomenon that "can no longer be ignored and must be dealt with promptly with an objective and concrete approach, through clear and comprehensive regulation".
The objective of the proposal is also to regulate the distribution sector, guaranteeing transparency of information and indications relating to the products marketed. (HANDLE).
