While teleworking is generalized in companies in this period of reconfinement, the unions meet on Monday to decide on an agreement to supervise it.
This third and final meeting should bring to an end the inter-professional negotiations desired by Jean Castex last July and started last September.
However, the points of divergence between employers and unions are still numerous.

"
We want a binding agreement and the employers simply want a guide to good practices,
" explains Philippe Martinez, secretary general of the CGT at Le Parisien.
Where the unions want to define teleworking, in particular with rules on working time, the right to disconnect or even compensation for meals, employers' organizations do not want to impose new rules on companies.
Prime Minister receives organizations
Employees and business leaders did not wait for this framework to introduce teleworking.
It should be extended 100% where possible until the end of the year.
Élisabeth Borne, Minister of Labor, announced it during the last meeting with union officials: "the current rules will apply until the Christmas holidays", she told the social partners.
The executive, however, hopes that the trade unions come to an agreement.
The Prime Minister will receive them by videoconference this evening at 7 p.m.
