(ANSA) - LONDON, NOVEMBER 24 - Agreement made in the United Kingdom on a partial easing of anti-Covid restrictions limited to 5 days during the Christmas holidays: from 23 to 27 December.
This was reported by government sources at the conclusion of an ad hoc meeting of the Cobra emergency committee convened by the Tory government of Boris Johnson: a meeting during which an agreement was reached on the adoption of uniform rules between the 4 nations of the Kingdom with the representatives of the local governments of Scotland ( led by the SNP separatists), Wales (led by Labor) and Northern Ireland (formed by the union between Dup unionists and SinnFein republicans).
The details will be formalized soon.
From the anticipations it is however learned that in the 5 days in question meetings and dinners between non-cohabiting families will be allowed, albeit with a maximum number of people foreseen, and temporarily part of the precautionary limitations on movements (by public or private means) between municipality and municipality and county, country and country.
Green light according to the BBC as well as the possibility of staying overnight in the home of relatives and family members on the night of the eve.
