So the man has to report to the police twice a week and hand in his passport.
He also had to leave a deposit of 100,000 euros.

The public prosecutor had brought charges of negligent bodily harm resulting in death in two cases against the doctor.
For several years, the doctor has been offering buttock enlargements ("Brazilian Butt") using autologous fat implantation - a popular method that is viewed critically by many plastic surgeons because of its risk.
