In the various Facebook groups you can see in recent days many complaints about delays in Zara deliveries.
Accordingly, the website now states that, "The estimated delivery time for orders placed from November 26 will be 5-15 days."
"After a three-week wait, the package arrived," a surfer wrote.
Another surfer wrote, "I update that I have been chatting with Tapuz, Zara's courier company, for three hours now, because they have closed the voicemail.
I've been waiting since November 15 for a delivery for a small coat and it's just a disgrace, I opened a complaint with the Consumer Council. "
In the "Tel Aviv-Yafo Equality Community" group, another surfer asked last Sunday: "Has anyone else ordered a Mazara delivery that is extremely delayed?".
The members of the group replied, among other things, "I already over a month ago and in a very masochistic way really trying to keep myself from ordering again at the moment," the group member replied, and another wrote that, "I ordered on 9.11 and have not received yet, very disappointing."
It should be noted that normal delivery to the house is for 3-6 days.
Asked why there have been delays and how the company will resolve this issue as part of the demand at Black Friday, Inditex said in response that, "Our main ambition is to provide customers with the best purchasing experience at all times. "An unprecedented growth in the online sites of the group's brands. We continue our best efforts to continuously improve the level of service. You can also select and collect packages through the service of delivery points for the convenience of customers."
