, who died on November 25 at the age of 60, was one of the best footballers in football history, although he also starred in some scandals that are remembered today.

His strong temperament as a player and technical director also put him in the middle of controversy on more than one occasion off the field.

In 1994 he attacked with a compressed air rifle a group of journalists and photographers who were waiting for him outside his house in Buenos Aires. 

But that was not the only attack against representatives of the media, because in May 2013, he was harassed by journalists when he arrived at the Ezeiza airport, so Diego could not hold it and attacked them with stones.
