Ingredients for six flatbreads:

  • 500g flour

  • Chilli flakes

  • dried parsley

Turkish recipe: How to bake fluffy flatbread at home in the pan

  • Stir the yeast into the warm water, stir, and set aside.

  • Put the flour in a large bowl, season with salt to taste and add the yeast-water mixture, milk and oil.

  • Knead everything with your hands until a smooth, soft dough is formed.

  • Shape the dough into a ball, cover with a little olive oil and leave to rest in a warm place for an hour.
