(ANSA) - TEHRAN, NOV 27 - A scientist considered among the leaders of the Iranian nuclear program, MohsenFakhrizadeh-Mahabadi, was shot dead in Absard, near Damavand, north-east of the capital Tehran.
The Iranian state TV reports.
The scientist had been accused by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of managing a program for the development of Israeli nuclear weapons and second sources would have been on the list of Mossad's targets.
