Matthew Perry wants to tie the knot: he decided to get engaged, the "Friends" actor told the US magazine "People".
"Fortunately, at the time I was with the greatest woman on the planet," said the 51-year-old about his partner Molly Hurwitz.
Perry did not disclose details of wedding plans with the 29-year-old.
The couple has been in a relationship since 2018.
The 51 year old became famous for his role as Chandler Bing in the US cult series "Friends".
The series ran in the USA from 1994 to 2004 and was awarded numerous prizes at the time.
For ten years, fans from all over the world followed the latest everyday adventures of the six main characters in front of the screens.
They lived in the series in New York, although "Friends" was shot almost entirely in California.
In February, production company Warner Media announced in a press release that Perry and the rest of the cast were returning to the stage for a one-off special.
The comeback show, for which there will be no prepared script, should actually be broadcast on the new streaming service HBO Max in May.
However, the broadcast was postponed in the wake of the corona crisis.
The television meeting was dated early March, Perry announced on Twitter in mid-November.
