(ANSA) - ROME, NOV 27 - The restorative law decree quater will extend the deadline for the presentation of the income tax return and the IRAP return from 30 November to 10 December, "thus ensuring ten more days for taxpayers and intermediaries". The deadline for the payment of the second or single advance payment of income taxes and of the Irap due by economic operators will be extended from 30 November to 10 December 2020. The Mef communicates this in a note in which it announces the contents of the next refreshment decree, arriving on the table of the CDM probably on Sunday. In the decree quater, a broad fiscal extension will be provided for companies not affected by the ISAs, "wherever located, which have achieved in the tax period preceding the one incurred revenues or compensation not exceeding 50 million euros and that, in the first half of 2020, they suffered a decrease in turnover or fees of at least 33% compared to the first half of 2019 ".
