(ANSA) - TRIESTE, 30 NOV - The Teatro Lirico Giuseppe Verdi di Trieste will propose the preview of La traviata by Giuseppe Verdi on 3 December at 5.30 pm, in the absence of the public, in the staging with which it met with great success in the tour Japan held from 25 October to 10 November 2019.
The event is part of the single program of instreaming productions that the twelve national Opera Foundations have decided to create to keep alive the link with the public thanks to the collaboration between Anfols (National Association of Opera Symphonic Foundations) and ANSA Agency as part of the ANSA project for Culture.
The proposal of the Verdi Theater in Trieste will constitute the first opera in scenic form of this itinerary and will be transmitted and shared through the digital instruments of all the Foundations.
M ° Michelangelo Mazza will conduct the Orchestra and Chorus;
laregia will be curated by Mariano Bauduin, for a long time assistant to Roberto De Simone, already in Trieste in the staging of Falstaff.
In the cast, among others, there will be the sopranospagnolo Ruth Iniesta (Violetta Valéry), the tenor Marco Ciaponi (Alfredo Germont) and the baritone Angelo Veccia (Giorgio Germont).
