The flight, which was scheduled to depart at 10 a.m. but was delayed by about an hour, was made possible after last night (Tuesday) final approval was given by the Saudis for the passage of Israeli flights over Saudi airspace - a move that would shorten the flight time from seven hours to just three hours.
