The new 'cancel-fees' fund is 5.3 billion to allow "partial or total exemption" to resume payments in the spring
.
This is what we read in the final text of the Ristori quater decree, 'stamped' by the State General Accounting Office.
The fund "aimed at the equalization of tax and refreshment measures" will be fed precisely with the collections of taxes, scrapping and Preu currently suspended which will be redistributed to companies that "record a significant loss in turnover".
Half of the resources available for the Ristori quater decree come from the Fund for the payment of the debts of the PA of 12 billion set up with the Relaunch decree to speed up payments by local authorities.
This is indicated by the defined text of the provision,
signed by the President of the Republic and being published in the Official Gazette
.
From the fund, already used also with the Ristori bis for 1.2 billion, this time comes 4 billion.
The list of activities admitted to the non-repayable grant is extended to other 33 Ateco codes: with the Ristori quater decree, in fact, 100% of what has already been obtained in the spring is foreseen also for commercial agents of the most varied products, from food to representatives of furs, passing through furniture and fuels.
For these categories, an expenditure of 446 million is expected in 2020.
