Covid, green light for mass screening in Valle d'Aosta

Green light for mass screening of the Aosta Valley population. Accepting the request of the Valle d'Aosta Region, the extraordinary commissioner for the Covid emergency, Domenico Arcuri, has ordered the sending of a further 60 in this regard. (ANSA)


(ANSA) - AOSTA, DEC 1 - Green light for mass screening of the Aosta Valley population. Accepting the request of the Valle d'Aosta Region, the extraordinary commissioner for the Covid emergency, Domenico Arcuri, has arranged for the sending of an additional 60,000 rapid antigenic kits for this purpose. The campaign will take place on a voluntary basis and is aimed at all residents in Valle d'Aosta, over the age of 5, who are not in a condition of isolation or quarantine. The participation of 70% of the population is expected, about 84,000 people.


   The screening will take place over three days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) yet to be defined according to the new Dpcm. (HANDLE).
