Ellen (now Elliot) Page (2017): "I love that I'm trans"

Ellen Page has been one of the most prominent faces of the LGBTQ community in Hollywood for years.
Now Page has announced that he is transgender: "My name is Elliot," the actor announced on Tuesday in the online networks.
He thanked his followers in the transgender community for "finally being able to love each other enough to indulge in the real me."
Page now uses masculine pronouns.
“I love that I'm trans.
And I love being queer, ”wrote the Canadian-born woman who recently appeared on the Netflix superhero series The Umbrella Academy.
However, the actor claims that he is also afraid of rejection and bullying: “The truth is, although I feel deeply happy at the moment;
I'm afraid of the hatred, the 'jokes' and violence, ”Page continued.
Page had announced in February 2014 that he was a lesbian.
