There is something cruel and unjust in the concept of "founding fathers."
In most cases he comes to greet and comes out cursing.
The founding fathers are the ones who built something new, dried up swamps and then discovered that someone else was planting the trees.
They are no longer founders, now they are just fathers (not including board jokes and bad puns).
Take the field of burgers as an example.
Today it does not make sense, but until recently, the "bar-burger" concept in Israel did not exist.
You had standard and unpretentious hamburger chains and bacon, and those who really wanted to indulge would travel to places like "New York New York" or "Columbus" to order a cheese dripping patty and a host of other delicious decorations.
In 1997, everything changed, when Agadir set up the first burger bar in Nahalat Binyamin.
Suddenly everything became simpler.
You can sit at a bar and order a burger "like abroad", and without unnecessary ceremonies. 23 years later, no one appreciates it. It is another restaurant chain out of many that make deliveries around the city.
It started in boxes, and continued in what was inside

Sorry, we had no choice.

There is only one thing more perfect than ordering a hamburger - ordering a hamburger on a rainy day.
Yes, for the apostle the picture may be less rosy, but with the first defeat one forgets the pangs of conscience
Since history is full of good spoons, we decided this past stormy weekend to be righteous and correct it.
There is only one thing more perfect than ordering a hamburger - ordering a hamburger on a rainy day.
Yes, for the apostle the picture may be less rosy, but with the first defeat one forgets the pangs of conscience.
So we ordered from Agadir - two types of French fries, onion rings (why did we think it was okay and onion challah too fat? God forbid the solutions) and of course main courses - Agadir 330 grams, a beautiful, juicy and fat beef patty, Angus 250 grams, a finely chopped patty.
We lined them both well with melted gouda and crispy goose along with a variety of regular sauces and vegetables.
Ordering a burger on delivery has one big advantage and one major drawback.
The advantage is that as a social dish a hamburger is one of the most fun to order, much more than a spread or one of my favorite popular skewers.
The downside is that in shipping, and for that there is a broad consensus about every hamburger on the globe, it fails to maintain its freshness.
More than once the patty comes soaked, which can cause unwanted moisture even in the bun.
But if the chains have been closed for seating for many months, what choice do we already have other than shipping?
In order to avoid a state of humidity, many chains tend to separate the ingredients in the box (the hamburger, bun, vegetables and sauces) and let the diner install them himself.
In Agadir, they actually went back to betting on the old concept - everything comes in one unit, in a special shell that is supposed to keep the dish healthy.
does it work?
In general yes, though not completely.

The angus was excellent, but did suffer from a certain level of moisture, which also damaged the bun and during eating caused it to crumble.
The other dish, Agadir 330, was perfect.
If you were taken for a taste test with your eyes closed, where you would compare a hamburger instead of a hamburger in a delivery, it is doubtful if you would have known the difference.
It was definitely playful and very unobtrusive when it involves patty on a bun, which now travels long minutes in a box of scooters.
Anyway, both dishes were smooth and made to the exact extent we requested.
In the chips section, too, we encountered two degrees of durability for delivery.
One type was regular stick chips that only partially survived the journey.
The other is classic Agadir French fries, round strips of airy potatoes that are a bit reminiscent of the old-fashioned falafel French fries at the Bezalel market.
These chips actually managed to maintain a high level of freshness and taste, when the onion rings were in a good place in the middle - cool, but it seems that when ordering at the place we would have enjoyed more.

When Agadir just opened she was factually the best burger bar in town simply because she was alone.
Today it is another chain of many that provides an excellent burger (and is really excellent) at average prices relative to the industry, neither cheap nor expensive from the competition.
Does this elaborate definition indicate a defect?
On the contrary.
Many old chains did not survive the journey.
In many industries, in culinary arts and in general, when the rebellious young people arose, they presented fresher concepts and in many cases ran over the old generation.
Agadir does not belong to this group.
For 23 years she has been at the top and still, despite the names, brands and refinements of the competitors, manages to give a beautiful fight.
This is a very big compliment for anyone who belongs to the cruel concept of the "Founding Fathers".
