(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 02 - The Antitrust has initiated a proceeding against UnipolSai, Geneali and Allianz for unfair commercial practices in the settlement of damages from the claims of Motor TPL.
This is what the Authority informs according to which consumers would have been hindered, among other things, in accessing the documents in the files with dilatory and obstructive behavior.
On 26 November inspections were carried out at the offices of the three companies, in collaboration with the Special Antitrust Unit of the Guardia di Finanza.
