Hamburg-based companies Salary.de and Statista investigated the question and asked more than 1,000 employees.

The result:
only 24 percent
of those surveyed can look forward to Christmas bonuses in 2020.
In the previous year, 60 percent of employees received the coveted bonus.
But for many, the question of the Christmas bonus is still open: 18 percent think it is very likely that the boss will give them Christmas bonuses, and another twelve percent think it is likely.

If you are paid Christmas bonuses despite the economic crisis, you can expect an average of almost

While skilled workers receive around 2,200 euros, managers can look forward to a whopping additional salary of more than 4,000 euros.
This was the result of analyzes of the salary portal based on around 115,000 salary information from the past twelve months.
