Two ingredient recipe for delicious chocolate truffles

As promised, the list of ingredients for this recipe is very clear:

  • 240 g sweetened condensed milk

  • 100 g cocoa powder (unsweetened) + a little more to shape

Also delicious:

Only two ingredients: You never guess how this cake is prepared.

Easy recipe: Here's how to prepare the two-ingredient chocolate truffles

  • Pour the

    condensed milk

into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring well.

When the condensed milk froths and bubbles slightly, take the pan off the stove.

  • Pour the hot condensed milk into a bowl and sift the

    cocoa powder

    into it.

Mix the two ingredients well together to create a tough, fairly firm mass.

  • Line a rectangular baking dish with cling film and pour the cocoa mixture into it.

Smooth them evenly in the shape.

  • Put the mold

    in the

    refrigerator

    for about

    two hours

    .

The cooling time makes the mass harder and then easier to cut and shape.

  • Sprinkle

    cocoa powder on

    a work surface, pour

the cooled cocoa mixture on it and cut it into even pieces (about 4x4 centimeters).

  • Sift some cocoa powder over it to keep them from sticking while molding.

You can now shape the individual pieces as you like, for example into rounded cubes or - the

    classic truffle

    shape

    - into balls.

  • That's it.

    The

    finished chocolate truffles

can be arranged on a wooden board - if you want to serve immediately - or wrapped in a can.

After a while, the truffles soak up the cocoa powder, then you can sprinkle them with sifted cocoa again.

Aromatic, sweet, soft and melting in the mouth - what more could you want from a dessert or a

    sweet for Christmas

    ?
