Discontent over the manner in which the decree law last night was passed

: the document, which includes strict restrictions for moving around the territories during the holidays, was approved by the government without even talking about it with local authorities.

This is what emerges - from what is learned - from the Conference of Regions which met today.

According to the Conference, the decree was approved "in the absence of a prior confrontation between the Regions": a method, he states, which "contrasts with the spirit of loyal collaboration, always pursued during the emergency, considering that the choice could have been anticipated also during the preventive comparison carried out only 48 hours before ".

A lack of comparison, the governors still say, that "did not allow for the identification of the most suitable solutions to reconcile the measures to contain the virus and the context of family and social relationships typical of the Christmas period".

As for refreshments, the Conference finally underlines that neither in the decree law nor in the Dpcm "does any reference make to rules on the economic refreshments of activities that are subject to limitations and / or closures, repeatedly requested by the regions and autonomous provinces".

Premier Giuseppe Conte, according to what is learned, connected to the meeting of the State-Regions Conference.

The premier spoke at the end of the discussion on a series of ordinary measures and now a discussion is underway with the presidents and ministers Speranza and Boccia.
