(ANSA) - MILAN, 03 DEC - "Read a decree law as a surprise that will prevent, on 25 and 26 December and 1 January, the movement of citizens between municipalities of the same region, even just to visit parents and children, while discussing a Dpcm which has not implemented any of the indications offered by the Regions, is a 'lunar' fact; in perfect contradiction with the declarations on loyal collaboration between the State and the Regions ".
This was stated by the president of the Lombardy Region, Attilio Fontana.
