The most optimistic believe that maybe someone will get something.

The most realistic say that what is coming is an intricate maze that will stretch over time and hardly get anywhere.

Anyway, the succession for the death of Diego Maradona is already inscribed as something exciting.

This afternoon, the A24 journalist, Gabriel Lezzi, citing Justice sources, confirmed the beginning of a long journey.

The first information indicated that Dalma, Gianinna and Jana Maradona had started the succession process on Thursday for the death of their father.

"Today the beginning of Diego Maradona's succession was raffled in the National Civil Chamber, Civil Court No. 44 was assigned, file number 62,692 / 20, it remains to be known who opened it," the journalist said on social networks.

But later, sources in the case said that only Jana made the presentation.

The same sources objected to the procedure, first of all because it was presented in the Capital, when Diego died in the province.

Second, because the law indicates that nine business days have to elapse after death to consider the matter started.

Basically, what will be tried to determine from now on is what is the patrimony left by Diego Maradona and how much corresponds to each of the children.

But the process will not be linear, since while only five children are listed as recognized by the Argentine soccer star, there are several processes for filiation that could end up increasing claims about the legacy of the Ten.

Lawyers, the media, the best, the most sophisticated, are enlisted to represent the different parties.

Fernando Burlando will be the representative in this process for Dalma and Giannina.

Diego Maradona Jr. would be flying to the country in the next few hours and would join the block that Diego's recognized children put together.

The fifth is Diego Fernando, son that the star had with Verónica Ojeda.

But no one knows for now what will happen to claims that could come from La Plata, from Cuba and from Spain.

In all these places there are stories that different friends of Maradona almost take for granted.

There is talk of three children in Cuba (Guillermo Coppola himself admits that it is very possible) and on Wednesday night, Carlos Ferro Viera, a company and friend of Maradona, suggested that two of Diego's twins live in Spain.

Matías Morla, the last attorney that Maradona had in life, today much questioned by Diego's family and followers, would be the legal representative in the succession fight for some unrecognized children.

It happens that Morla, in recent years, had worked on the approach and subsequent recognition by Diego of those children who would now appear, with their DNA test to compare and claim their share.

The rights to the succession of a person are transmitted from the moment of his death.

The inheritance includes all the assets, rights and obligations of a person, which are not extinguished with his death.

The big question that many ask is

how much money could Maradona have left?

Forbes magazine estimates in an article published this week that it could be between 40 and 50 million dollars, much less than what an athlete of Diego's stature would bill today.

Before that, whatever the number is, what there is is trouble.

Lawyer Mauricio Dalessandro, who worked on several Maradona contract architectures years ago, revealed that in civil and commercial justice there are currently 60 lawsuits against Maradona, with inhibitions of all kinds.

"No judge wants to meet with this case, it will be a nightmare, but at the same time intense and exciting," he added.
