(ANSA) - MOSCOW, 03 DEC - Moscow police have arrested Rita Flores (Margarita Konovalova), a member of the activist group Pussy Riot.
Maria Alyokhina, also from Pussy Riot, said it.
"Rita was in the hospital. The police took her to the Kitai-Gorod police station where they accused her of repeatedly violating the rules of the demonstrations and kept her at the police station all night," Alyokhina told Interfax.
Alyokhina linked Flores' detention to the November 28 campaign, "Handle with Care: Fragile".
The hearing will be held today at the Tverskoy District Court in Moscow.
Alyokhina was also stopped by the police, always unconnected to the "Handle with care: fragile" campaign, dedicated to demonstrators detained in Moscow in the summer of 2019 for throwing a bottle and a plastic cup to OMON (special police unit) agents.
The police released Alyokhina on bail.
Alyokhina said her case will be reviewed by the court on December 17.
