Local news is very trendy.
It should be a great opportunity for the regional daily press (PQR).
But it must face the double offensive of the BFMTV group, which wants to expand into the regions, and the public groups France 3 and France Bleu which are joining forces.
In response, four PQR groups: La Voix du Nord, Sud-Ouest, Le Télégramme and La Nouvelle République du Center-Ouest decided to create a common structure, called Territoires TV, to produce programs broadcast on their local television stations.
This structure is open to other PQR groups including Ebra.

" notes Hubert Coudurier, director of information for the daily
Le Télégramme
and vice-president
