he stresses, because the vote will not be on the activation of the Save States "but on some of its changes which, thanks also to the contribution of Italy, have served to improve a mechanism that has already existed since 2012".

Among the main topics of the interview, there is the Recovery Fund: on Monday with the Ministers the budget will be approved "with all the stalking" and "we will also deepen the sixty projects that have passed the preliminary screening and are now in the pipeline final. We will group them into 17 clusters ".
They will express "a clear vision of the country" by identifying the "structural deficiencies of the country" to be overcome.
On Monday "we will also approve the governance structure with coordination at the Prime Minister's Office".

The technical supervision of the implementation "will be entrusted to a structure composed of six managers, assisted by a staff with the necessary professional skills".
Some of the projects "will be centralized, others will have a capillary dimension in the territories": from enhancing the offer of nursery schools "offering services for 750,000 children" to a vast program of energy efficiency, wiring and safety of public buildings, to starting from schools and hospitals to which almost 10% of the resources of the Plan will be dedicated. "We have selected the 60 projects with the aim of making the country more competitive and more inclusive at the same time". The lion's share will go green and digital, but many projects will be aimed at eliminating inequalities, including gender and territorial ones ".
The six experts "will have executive monitoring tasks. No minister will be expropriated of his powers of impulse and direction, just as no local administrator will be expropriated of his responsibilities".

the parliamentary vote on the Save States will not hold any surprises, but if not, "it is natural that the Prime Minister should resign".
