After the complaint of a young woman who was sexually abused during a clandestine party in which players from the Vélez team participated, the Justice ordered
the national and international capture of the only accused
, a coach of the Ascent.
The measure was taken after in the last hours of Friday the Buenos Aires Police carried out a raid on the defendant's house, in Quilmes, and could not find his location.
Juan José Acuña was one of the guests at the private party organized by soccer player Juan Martín Lucero in a rented house in the private neighborhood Camino Real, in San Isidro.
According to the testimony of a friend of the victim, Acuña left a room adjusting her pants while the 28-year-old girl was inside the room,
unconscious and with signs of having been
sexually
abused
.
The house in lot 56 where the party took place had been unoccupied until 48 hours before the meeting in which a young woman reported having been abused.
When the police arrived at Acuña's house on Friday night, only the accused's wife and son were there.
The woman explained that when she found out what happened, she threw her husband out of the residence and
does not know where to locate him at the moment
.
For this reason, the prosecutor Laura Zyseskind ordered his capture.
In addition, they took four cell phones, a car and clothes, which they will use to compare with the DNA traces they collected at the scene of the abuse.
Acuña would be a friend or relative of forward Lucero, and they would have
coincided in Defense and Justice
, where the accused ran the Reserve.
El Diario
Olé
recapitulated that after his time at El Halcón, the man was a coach of Argentino de Quilmes, where he took office in mid-2016 and held office for more than a year.
In parallel, the investigators also went to another house in the Tres de Febrero district, where they
arrested two women
accused of having stolen a wallet from the complainant, taking advantage of her unconsciousness.
The police found the victim's belongings at that address and also seized the cell phones of the two accused of the robbery.
At the moment the abuse was discovered, the victim and her friend alerted the other party guests and made the complaint.
Several Vélez players who were present at the scene have already begun to
testify as witnesses
, although in principle they would be detached from the abuse.
Ricardo Centurión is one of those mentioned as present at the party where the abuse occurred, but in principle they separate him from the crime.

Some of the names mentioned in the case among those who were in the house in Lot 56 during the party are Juan Martín Lucero, Ricardo Centurión, Thiago Almada and Miguel Brizuela, who will give their testimony via Zoom.
The first to speak was Lucero, host of the party: “We were all outside in the park of the house when the friend of the victim came down screaming.
We did not know what was happening
.
The only two people who were inside the house at the time were my friend and the abused girl. "
The victim explained that she was unconscious when the abuse occurred and that she remembered very little of what happened, so the testimony of her friend was key, who identified Acuña leaving the room and gave a description that allowed her to be identified.
In the last ten years in Argentina there is an average of one femicide every 30 hours.
According to statistics from the Office of Domestic Violence of the Supreme Court, in 2018 alone there were 278. Most murders occur in the homes of victims and are committed by partners or exes.
