In the family of chef and blogger

Yonit Zuckerman,

there is no such thing as a happy event without a sponge.

This donut is extinguished on birthdays, aliyahs to the Torah, at henna events and of course at Maimona and Hanukkah.

Its preparation is easy and quick thanks to a dough rich in liquids that swells beautifully, and then in frying gets its unique shape.

A recipe from the book

A Winning Recipe

- FOODY's recipe book, which is sold at authorized resellers around the country, in the Shekel House of Brands showroom, 2 Habonim Street, Ramat Gan, and on the company's website.
