Before the Wuppertal district court, a carnival prince defends himself against his expulsion.
After nude photos of the carnivalist appeared, the Carneval Comitee Wuppertal terminated the man's so-called prince's contract.
The photos, which are supposed to show the prince in a regalia jacket, but »topless«, are supposed to be selfies.
Four such recordings are said to have been sent anonymously to the president of the Wuppertal fools.
The committee had considered this behavior unworthy of a prince.
Naked photos sent - "as fun"
According to the "Wuppertaler Rundschau", the prince who had been dumped in this way argued that he was not responsible for distributing the pictures.
Although he took the photos in front of a mirror in his apartment, he only sent them to his ex-boyfriend - "as fun and in the hope that he understood it that way."
According to the report, the plaintiff's main concern in the process is to prevent him and his wife from being included in the chronicle of the Wuppertal Carnival Princes.
The hearing begins on Friday morning, as a court spokeswoman announced.
It is not known when a decision can be expected.
