Accordingly, the patrol arrived at the facility in the Menglinghausen district around 11 p.m.
In one room of the day care center, 14 employees celebrated with the windows closed.
According to the information, they sat close together without mouth and nose protection.
"A buffet, loud music and alcohol indicated a party," the report said.
The officials issued a ban on all those present and wrote reports of an administrative offense.
