The name of
Michael Esmond has become one of the most mentioned in Florida and it is that this man was in charge of paying the bills for water, electricity and other services for 114 families.
The noble gesture of this subject began a year ago, when
he took charge of paying the public services of 36 homes in his community, in Gulf Breeze.
But now, with Hurricane Sally and the economic turmoil brought on
by COVID-19, she thought she should help more households.

"This year is probably more meaningful to me than last year with the pandemic and all the jobless people who had to stay home
," Esmond told CNN.
The man donated $ 7,615.40 to pay overdue bills for 114 homes, according to Joanne Oliver, the city's utility billing supervisor.
Holiday cards will be mailed this week notifying residents.

Michael's
donation
increased from the $ 4,600 he paid last year and was able to help approximately three times as many households.
That's because there were so many residents who had bills of $ 100 or less, so he was able to help more people.
"That really blew me away, that people can't even pay a $ 100 bill for their utilities, things are so bad ..."
Esmond said.
"That's why I helped pay for the needs of 114 families."
