(ANSA) - BOLOGNA, 14 DEC - The three children that the American soldier Martin Adler found together with his comrade in arms John Bronsky in a basket, while they were fighting along the Gothic Line in autumn '44, have an identity: Bruno, Mafalda and Giuliana Naldi and they are 83, 81 and 79 years old. And today they 'met' virtually the soldier, now 96 years old who, between September and October 1944, found them in their home in Monterenzio (Bologna) and gave them chocolate as a gift. In recent days Adler, helped by his daughter Rachelle, had launched an appeal with photos.
Mission accomplished, as announced by the journalist and writer Matteo Incerti who had released the appeal. (HANDLE).
