Nutella or other chocolate cream
3 eggs
60 ml of milk
1 pinch of ground cinnamon
15 g butter
1 banana (optional)

Brush 4 slices of
bread

(or another chocolate cream) and cover them with the remaining bread slices.
Whisk the
eggs
and
milk
together
with a fork or whisk

Heat a large, nonstick pan over medium-high heat, melt the
butter
in it, and fry each sandwich

golden brown on each side for 3-4 minutes.
