After an illegal party in a daycare center in Dortmund, the celebrants are threatened with legal action.
This was reported by several media.
According to the city, a staff meeting had spontaneously turned into a »relaxed private part«, wrote »Rheinische Post« and »WAZ«, among others.
They would deeply regret their "thoughtless behavior", said Daniel Kunstleben from the city's daycare provider Fabido about the party participants.
“Nonetheless, their behavior is in clear contradiction to the applicable rules to contain the pandemic and to what Fabido expects of his employees”.
Educators have a special role model function.
Buffet, loud music and alcohol
On Friday evening, the police had been alerted about a disturbance, according to a message.
In one room of the day care center, 14 employees celebrated with the windows closed.
They were reportedly sitting close together without mouth and nose protection.
"A buffet, loud music and alcohol indicated a party," it said.
The officials issued a ban on all those present and wrote reports of an administrative offense.
