(ANSA) - ISTANBUL, 15 DEC - Concern over the fate of Ahmad Reza Djalali in Iran, the Iranian-Swedish doctor with a past as a researcher in Italy who was sentenced to death definitively for "espionage" in favor of Israel. According to the latest information released by his family, his execution, postponed in extremis two weeks ago, is scheduled for tomorrow morning. The authorities of Tehran have no longer allowed contacts in recent days with Djalali, who has always pleaded innocent and was sentenced in a trial defined by AmnestyInternational as "sensationally unfair". Until recently, the doctor was held in solitary confinement in Evin prison in Teheran. (HANDLE).
