Charlie Hebdo: It is not terrorism for 6 defendants

They are found guilty only of 'criminal association' (ANSA) The special tribunal for the terrorist attacks of January 2015 against Charlie Hebdo and Hyper Cacher ruled out the terrorism charge for 6 of the 11 defendants present in the courtroom. The six were found guilty of conspiracy but without the status of terrorist. Ali Riza Polat was found "guilty of complicity" with the killers, the Kouachi brothers and Amédy Coulibaly.
