F1: Grosjean operated on his hand: 'I'm fine'

Franco-Swiss F1 driver Romain Grosjean was operated on his left hand due to the consequences of the bad accident he suffered during the Bahrain Grand Prix on 29 November.

On that occasion, Grosjean's car, a Haas, caught fire and the driver was miraculously saved.

The major damage Grosjean had reported to his left hand and in particular to the thumb ligament, but the other hand also needed medical attention due to the burns he suffered.

After the surgery, the pilot posted a smiling photo of him on Instagram, "I don't feel too much pain, I slept well".
