What's in it, the donut, that scares everyone so much?

The answer is quite simple, about 500 calories and high fat percentages.

But, and there is a big but here, proper meal management that day, accurate training and choosing the type of donut make eating possible even for the body keepers.

If you know there will be donuts on the table in the evening start with cuts, and manage your diet wisely from breakfast.

At lunch and dinner, bet on the extra carbs that come to us from the donut and stick to low-fat foods.

Emphasize eating proteins such as eggs, chicken breast or low-fat, low-fat yogurt, all of which will increase the feeling of satiety during the day and towards lighting the candles.

Our daily workout will be the “targeted elimination” of the donut.

If the donut also has a high value of calories and fat, we will go for a burning workout with a lasting effect, hello is the wood interval workout that easily burns 400 calories and continues to burn even 24 hours after it is over.

The training was built from 10 rounds that we performed three times, a total of 30 minutes of work.

Duration of each round 45 seconds and 15 seconds break for dynamic recovery with light jumps.

Starting in order:

1. Jump & Jack jumps in place.

2. Squat with closing and closing of the legs.

3. Running with thighs to chest.

4. Walk to Plank and back to standing.

5. Chase and throwing steps to the basket.

6. Back elbow bends with cancer walking.

7. Star jumps.

8. Long back and up for a straight kick.

9. Progression in both thighs and jumping forward.

10. Barfis.

Bonus: Baked donuts

Finally, and no less important, there are also healthy donuts.

Choose your donut before you eat it and if you choose right you can indulge in even two donuts.

Ingredients for 25-20 small donuts

For the syrup:

• 1 cup cane sugar

• 1 cup water

• 2 strips of lemon peel (peel only the yellow part with a vegetable peeler)

For the dough:

• 1 teaspoon of dry yeast

• 2 heaping tablespoons of sugar

• ¼1 cups of spelled or rye flour

• 1/3 cup of lukewarm water

• 2 tablespoons of oil

• 1 yolk

• a pinch of salt

Preparation:

Boil the syrup ingredients in a small pot.

Cook over medium heat at a gentle boil for five minutes and allow to cool.

In a small bowl, mix the yeast, a little of the sugar, a tablespoon of the flour and the lukewarm water.

Leave for 10 minutes for the yeast to rise.

The mixture should look puffy and full of air.

3. Mix the rest of the dough ingredients in a kneading hook in a mixer.

Add the yeast mixture and put for six minutes on high speed.

If the dough looks very sticky, add a little flour.

If the dough looks dry, add very little water.

Eventually the dough should be soft, pliable and slightly sticky.

4. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to rise in a warm place until the dough doubles in volume (you can preheat the oven to 50 degrees, turn it off and puff in the oven).

5. Put the dough for about a minute.

Lightly flour the work surface and roll the dough into a sheet 8-7 mm thick. Cut 2.5 cm diameter circles out of the dough and place in a pan lined with baking paper at intervals of about 2 cm. Cover the pan with a clean towel and leave for 20 minutes To rise.

6. Bake the donuts in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 5 minutes. Check one of the donuts - the bottom should be golden and when done, the dough should not stretch but remain baked. If necessary bake for another minute or two. Furthermore.

7. when the donuts come out of the oven cold syrup dip them in. Be sure to turn them to be baptized on all sides. Remove the syrup with a slotted spoon into a serving dish and serve immediately.
