In Bavaria, three people have been arrested in connection with the alleged abuse of a girl.
This was announced by the Lower Franconia police headquarters and the Schweinfurt public prosecutor's office.
A man allegedly sexually abused the daughter of his partner in Schweinfurt and offered other men sexual acts.
The mother of the child is among the suspects.
She is said to have known about the deeds and tolerated them.
The third suspect, a 50-year-old from the region, is about sexual abuse and the distribution of pornographic literature.
A fourth man is still being sought.
The girl was between nine and eleven years old at the time of the alleged acts.
A truck driver had filed a complaint after the child was offered to him for money on July 31 by the main suspect in a parking lot on Autobahn 70.
The police found the girl and her mother's partner at the time.
Suspect is said to have filmed acts and took photos
The mother's partner is said to have abused the child in a large number of cases from the end of 2018 to July 2020.
In part, the man filmed the deeds and took photos of them.
In addition, the suspect was in possession of a large number of child pornographic files.
In at least two cases, the main suspect reportedly brought the child to the 50-year-old man for abuse.
The mother's partner was also present during the acts.
A truck driver is also said to have made use of the offer to perform sexual acts on the child for money.
This man is still being sought.
For reasons of identifiability, the investigators did not provide any details about the age of the mother and her partner.
According to a police spokesman, the girl is in a therapeutic facility under the care of the youth welfare office.
