CEI: at the Christmas Mass in the nearest church

 In the new rules for holidays "there are no changes regarding visits to places of worship and celebrations: both are always allowed, in safe conditions and in full compliance with the rules". This was reported by the CEI, adding: "During the days of the 'red zone', the faithful are advised to have a self-declaration model with them to speed up any control operations". The bishops also recall the Circular of the Ministry of the Interior (7 November 2020) which specifies that the places of worship where one can go "must reasonably be identified among the closest ones".
