The federal prosecutor's office is bringing charges against the alleged assassin from Waldkraiburg.
She accuses Muharrem D. among other things of attempted murder in 31 cases.
The process is to take place at the Munich Higher Regional Court, as the Federal Prosecutor's Office in Karlsruhe announced.
Charges had already been brought on December 8th.
The man is accused, among other things, of dangerous bodily harm, serious arson and the preparation of a serious state-endangering act of violence.
D. was arrested in May after several attacks with incendiary devices or foul-smelling liquids in Waldkraiburg in Upper Bavaria.
These were directed against shops and restaurants owned by owners of Turkish origin.
According to investigators, it turned out that the then 25-year-old had a weapon, 23 pipe bombs and more than 45 kilograms of explosives.
He had confessed to want to attack several mosques, the Turkish Consulate General in Munich and the Ditib Central Mosque in Cologne.
D. is of Kurdish origin and has German and Turkish citizenship.
Investigators believe the man is a supporter of the Islamic State (IS) terrorist organization.
His motive is said to have been hatred of Turkey and all people of Turkish descent.
