(ANSA) - MILAN, DEC 21 - The UniCredit board of directors has approved the conditions of the agreement for the consensual termination of the relationship with Jean Pierre Mustier. The current CEO, a note reads, "will leave the group without any good exit or any other termination indemnity, other than the mandatory ones due to the law / collective labor agreement as general manager", that is the " relationship'".
Mustier also "waives any claim against the bank and the group, including any rights deriving from the Long Term Incentive Plan 2020/2023". (HANDLE).
