"Then each country chooses how to build it".
The Minister for EU Affairs Enzo Amendola says this while speaking with reporters at Palazzo Chigi.
"Lagovernance will not replace the ministries, as has been said, we will outline these rules as we have always done in these two days, working with pragmatism and cohesion", he adds.
