French nationals in England, British residents in France and those who have a legitimate reason will have to have a negative test" to re-enter France: the French Minister of Transport, Jean-Baptiste Djebbari, announces in a tweet, announcing the conditional reopening of connections with Great Britain
The minister also thanked his British colleague, Hon Grant Shapps, for "the good work done in the last 48 hours".
