The Social Theater of Rovigo does not stop
and continues its free programming in live streaming with two other events of the highest artistic value.

big names of the international music scene will be guests of the historic Rovigo institution that has been producing and proposing for two hundred years art of great prestige.
On December 22, the Teatro Sociale di Rovigo invited the famous Polesano bass Riccardo Zanellato to perform in a program entirely dedicated to Giuseppe Verdi together with the String Quartet of the Teatro alla Scala, a formation that sees Francesco Manara and Daniele Pascoletti on violin, Simonide Braconi at viola and Massimo Polidori on cello.
Not only the opera tradition for this concert which certainly includes arias from Nabucco and Don Carlo, the workhorses of Zanellato, one of the major Verdi interpreters at an international level, but also the performance of the Confutatis from the Requiem Mass, a composition written in dedication to Alessandro Manzoni, and the Quartet in E minor for strings, a splendid and unique chamber music example of the Busseto swan.
