Delicious and easy to cook: the following recipes only contain three ingredients

Ham-cheese rolls and mushroom-gnocchi trays are ready in no time at all, taste delicious and leave plenty of time for other activities!

Baked ham and cheese rolls with just three ingredients

You need:

  • 400 grams of pizza dough

  • 450 grams of cooked ham in wafer-thin slices

  • 150 grams of mountain cheese (grated)

And this is how the ham and cheese rolls succeed:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (convection).

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, but not too thin.

Spread the ham slices evenly on the dough, leaving half a centimeter to the edge.

Then spread the grated mountain cheese on top and roll the dough into a roll.

Pin the seam together, e.g. with a toothpick, and place the roll with the seam side down on a greased baking sheet.

After around 50 minutes in the oven, the crust should have turned a golden brown color - then it's time to take the ham and cheese roll out of the oven and let it rest for a while.

Then cut them into slices of the same thickness.

Delicious with: mustard or horseradish sauce.

Quick gnocchi and mushroom tray - three ingredients for a delicious lunch

The ingredients:

  • 500 grams of mushroom mix (e.g. mushrooms and oyster mushrooms)

  • Two medium-sized shallots

  • 500 grams of gnocchi from the refrigerated shelf

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Slice the mushrooms, chop the medium-sized shallots and place the mushrooms and shallots on a baking sheet.

Add the potato gnocchi and drizzle with three tablespoons of olive oil.

Then season the mixture with half a teaspoon of salt and a little less pepper.

Mix everything well, spread everything evenly on the baking tray and let everything roast in the oven for 20 minutes (stirring several times).

Then all you have to do is take the gnocchi and mushroom tray out of the oven, garnish with thyme leaves (if you have some in the house) and enjoy!
