From tomorrow the Christmas Lockdown, a rush to last minute shopping

The Christmas lockdown starts tomorrow: all of Italy enters the red zone until Sunday 27. Last hours for Christmas shopping in retail stores that will be closed tomorrow, as foreseen by the decree, supermarkets, groceries and pharmacies will be open.

Meanwhile, the latest figures from the Ministry of Health indicate that in Italy the threshold of 70,000 victims has been exceeded since the beginning of the pandemic, including 533 deaths in the last 24 hours.

There are 14,522 positive cases since yesterday.

Arcuri: 'positivity rate never so low for 60 days, with a positive swab ratio of 7.9%.
