In fact, it should be remembered that the preliminary results of the autopsy established that Maradona died of "acute pulmonary edema linked to acute chronic heart failure" and to "dilated cardiomyopathy". Overall, the coroners found that Diego's condition was of grave concern, with other organs besides the heart suffering from significant problems. In fact, the report evokes, among other pathologies, liver cirrhosis, renal necrosis and lungs with asphyxiated characteristics. Now, based on the latest developments, the idea of ​​the prosecutors conducting the investigation (Laura Capra, Cosme Iribarren and Patricio Ferrari) is to convene an interdisciplinary medical commission to analyze the case and determine if death was avoidable, if any. it was negligence, and if any of the professionals involved, the neurosurgeon Leopoldo Luque and the psychiatrist Agustina Cosachov, may have responsibility.
