(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 23 - The Pfizer vaccine stocks destined for Italy could arrive by Christmas.

The tirds of the pharmaceutical company with 9,750 doses are departing from Belgium to reach the Italian borders.

From here they will be escorted by the police to Rome.

The doses will then be distributed on December 26 to 21 major reference sites, ahead of Sunday's V-Day.
